Guild Hall Claimed! (Video Added)

We finally have a Guild Hall that we can all hang out! Gilded Hollow was the voted winner for our guild and with a meeting we had a week before HoT release, we can have our halls set on a rotation. Every few months we can change the halls so everyone can experience both halls.

We do have an alliance with some of our guildies who have a fully upgraded guild that will be claiming Lost Precipice. If you would like to join the other guild so you can have access to both halls (YOU MUST BE ALPHA TEAM OR HIGHER TO JOIN), send in-game mail to Me (TripleT.6571), Gryn (Gryn.6310), or TempusV (TempusV.8730) for a guild invite to Circle of Legends [BOLD] and ask for an invite into BOLD.

Now I must apologize for what happened during the claiming event. I really really wanted everyone there knowing the event will scale up but I didn't think it would scale up to that insane levels of difficulty. It wouldn't be a guild claiming event if we only had a small elite group go in and claim it themselves. You don't know how bad I felt having to ask everyone to leave the instance while only a selected few got to stay.

I did however record my point of view of the claiming event and Kenage streamed his point of view. Over the next few days I'll be getting all that footage edited and uploaded for everyone to see.

Again, I am sorry for having to remove everyone from the claiming event after we spent 2 hours in there trying our best but the scaling got the better of us.

The next phase of the Guild Hall which is upgrading it. Press 'G', top right is Enter Guild Hall button. As soon as you spawn, there will be an NPC that shows you all the items we require to upgrade the next parts of the hall. Find out what materials are required to craft some of those items since those items are extremely expensive right now so we can use all the donations we can get to craft the items we need to upgrade. Donate any Guild Hall upgrade materials into the Guild Stash, (top bank slot) and we'll have people crafting and upgrading the hall with those materials. If you would like to donate gold to help buy some of those materials, deposit that into the stash as well.

Guild Hall Meeting Conclusion (Oct 17)

As some of you are aware, I had a General+ rank meeting on Saturday on the day we cancelled missions. Now I will tell you the outcome of that meeting.

So the meeting was about the possibility of a Guild Alliance. Yes, I know, alliances usually don't end well having to possible drama between them. But this isn't with another large guild, its just an alliance with one of our guild member's dormant guilds which is fully upgraded, just not being used.

My idea is we can claim our hall from which ever wins the vote, then we can use the other guild as our other hall. That way we have access to both halls so everyone is happy. But in the meeting everyone came up with many concerns to consider.

1. It can split up our members since we'll be hanging out in two different halls.
2. We will have to manage our resources and maintain two guilds and guild halls.
3. If there ever happens to be a falling in between the two guilds than we lose the other hall which isn't ours.

Some options we came up with is:

1. We focus on our hall first when it comes to upgrades and maintaining so we understand how halls fully work before we start focusing on the other.
2. We set our hall on a rotation every x months. (This will reset all decoration and 100g cost for every swap)

The final decision from the meeting is we should set our hall on a rotation. We will start off with the winning vote and then a few months down the road if people want to donate to change halls we can.

However, because the other guild leaders are ready and totally up to the idea, I won't leave them hanging. We will keep ours on rotation but we can also use their hall if we want to craft the other set of armor/weapons or even just to explore the other hall.

If you are a new player and found our website, welcome to our guild website and welcome to the game.

I am the current active Guild Leader of Guild of Divine Soldiers [GoDS] and we are always open to recruit new and veteran players to our guild. You can read a little about us here: http://gomgods.com/node/11

We are a mainly focused PvE guild (dungeons, fractals, world bosses, etc) but we have members who also do WvW and sPvP.

If you would like to join us and do WvW as well, we are mostly based in Gate of Madness server but that shouldn't stop you if you are on a different server.

Below are some information how the guild operates and times of guild events.

All Guild Hall personal upgrades have been unlocked so everything is +10% buff (exp, karma, magicfind etc). Current Guild Hall level is 36+

Guild missions & events (karka queen/other + bounty + challenge + puzzle + rush + trek) Saturday 1am UTC (that's 8 p.m. Eastern Time, 5 p.m. Pacific) (1 hour after daily reset)

Represent Rule: 50% rep or higher to be able to rank up within the guild.
